This 1920′s craftsmen was expanded towards the back yard to allow for a larger kitchen below and a master bedroom suite above. The design was careful to enhance its old world charm inside and out. The project inlcuded: 750 sqft addition, new hvac, new bathroom and remodel of existing bathroom, new kitchen, new and rehabbed hardwood flooring with cherry inlays.
