Bellevue, Appartment Building Envelope Remediation

This 3 building 15 unit apartment complex had suffered much damage due to water intrusion over the 30 years of its life.  We removed all cantilevered decks and re-framed with post, beam and ledger construction.  All siding, windows and doors were removed and replaced.  Significant rot was present due to original construction defects.  The building envelope was completely remediated adding many more years to its useful life.
